REFUND POLICYYou may return unused product sold and shipped to you by West County Gardener within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You are responsible for shipping the product back to West County Gardener. Product must be returned with the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the sales receipt or packing slip, is required. Please call the number below, or send a note or email, including your phone number, to let us know you are requesting a refund and why.
EXCHANGE POLICYYou may exchange unused product sold and shipped to you by West County Gardener within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Product must not show signs of wear and tear. You are responsible for shipping the product back to West County Gardener. Product must be returned with the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the sales receipt or packing slip, is required. Please call the number below, or send a note or email, including your phone number, to let us know you are requesting an exchange, and what size/color you would like in exchange. West County Gardener will pay the shipping back to you, via US Mail.If you are exchanging one product for a different product (i.e. a Work glove for a Rose glove) you will be billed (or credited) the difference.
SHIPPING ERRORS AND MANUFACTURER DEFECTSIn the event we shipped you the wrong product, or the product we shipped contains manufacturing defects, West County Gardener will pay for all shipping. Product must be returned with the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the sales receipt or packing slip, is required. Please send a note or email, including your phone number, to let us know of the situation.
REFUNDSRefunds will be processed every Wednesday. We will need to contact you, so please include your phone number.
USED PRODUCTWest County Gardener will not refund or exchange product with obvious signs of use.West County Gardener will not refund or exchange product that is not in the condition it was shipped (i.e. cuff was torn removing hang tag).
UNUSED PRODUCT, EXCHANGE FOR DIFFERENT PRODUCTIf you would like to exchange an item for a different one, you will be responsible for paying any difference in the price of the product, and you will be charged for the shipping charges on your item for exchange.
GIFT EXCHANGESIf you order the gloves as a gift and you order the wrong size, you are responsible for paying the shipping charges on your returned item.
USED ITEMSIf you opened and used the item, or if you have had it more than 30 days, you will receive a partial refund, and you are responsible for paying the shipping charges on your returned item, if it is described below:
